The Ministry of Science and Technology, in collaboration with the Government of India and the Honorable Union Minister, Shri Jitendra Singh, announced the launch of the Common Fellowship Portal on March 12, 2024. There, PhD and post-doctoral aspirants can get information on scholarships conducted by various governments.

After the launch of this portal, students can easily apply for the scholarship with just one click. The portal will also have forms from all other departments, including the University Grants Commission, the Indian Council of Medical Research, and the All India Council of Technical Education.

• First, Visit the official website of the Common Fellowship Portal
• On the home screen, select the login option and click on it. 
• A new page will appear before you enter your registered email address and password. 
• Click on the login option. 
• After successfully logging in, a new page with an application form will appear on your screen. 
• Enter the details in the application form. 
• Choose the fellowship you want to apply for. 
• Upload the required documents and select the submit option.

• On the home screen, select the CFPID option. 
• In the sub-menu, select the generate option. 
• Enter your Aadhaar number. You will receive an OTP on your Aadhar-linked mobile phone number.
