JNCASR Summer Research Fellowship 2024

JNCASR organization has organized a JNCASR Summer Research Fellowship for meritorious students who are economically backward in society. The main reason behind the formation of this Fellowship is to enhance the basic education and skills of the students. The students will be able to implement their skills in various fields that can lead them to get engaged in a government job. Around 70 Fellowships are distributed annually among the students. Selected candidates enjoy a benefit of Rs. 10,000 per month.

Object Of JNCASR Summer Research Fellowship

The main objective of the JNCASR Summer Research Fellowship is to encourage students in science and technology by providing them with financial support. The students will get a benefit of ten thousand rupees per month from the Fellowship. So that they will be motivated towards scientific research from the early stages of their education. Life Sciences: 

• Students presently studying in I and II years of B.Sc.(3 years), or I, II, and III years of B.S./ B.E. /B.Tech (4 years), or equivalent or I year of M.Sc./M.E./M. Tech (2 years) or I, II III, and IV years of Int. M.Sc./BS-MS (5 years) or I/II/III year of MBBS/BVSc (4 years) can apply. 

Chemical Sciences:

• Students presently studying in the I/II/III/IV years of BS-MS/Int. M.Sc. (5 years), I year of M.Sc./M.E/M. Tech (2 years) can apply.

Chemical Biology: 

• Students presently studying in I and II years of B.Sc.(3 years), or I, II, and III years of B.S./ B.E. /B.Tech (4 years), or equivalent or I year of M.Sc./M.E./M. Tech (2 years) or I, II III, and IV years of Int. M.Sc./BS-MS (5 years) or I/II/III year of MBBS/BVSc (4 years) can apply. 

Physical Sciences:

• Students presently studying in I and II years of B.Sc.(3 years), I, II, and III years B.S./B.E/B.Tech. (4 years), I year of M.Sc./M.E/M. Tech (2 years) and I, II, III, and IV years of Integrated M.Sc.(5 years) can apply.

Materials Science:

• Students presently studying in the I/II/III/IV years of BS-MS/Int. M.Sc. (5 years), I year of M.Sc./M.E/M. Tech (2 years) can apply.

Engineering Sciences:

• I, II, and III years of B.S./B.E/B.Tech.,(4 years), I year of M.Sc./M.E/M. Tech (2 years), I, II, III, and IV years of Int. M.Sc./BS-MS(5 years) can apply.
