About Goonj Setu Fellowship 2024

The Goonj Setu Fellowship is an opportunity for young Indian graduates and professionals to observe the realities of India first-hand and understand the practicalities of working on real problems. The Goonj Setu Fellowship program provides benefits to young graduates for one year. Through the fellowship program, candidates can work with implementation teams in various villages and cities on last-mile challenges and grassroots problems and solutions. After being selected from among the applicants, they get financial support based on their memory. Candidates get benefits ranging from Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 22,000.

Goonj Setu Fellowship Benefits

The following are the financial benefits that students will receive from the Goonj Fellowship after applying: –

• Fellowship is for 12 months and a tough one!
• Fellows will be given 20 leaves a year + regular national holidays
• Depending on the city, the fellowship stipend will be a fixed amount ranging between Rs 20000 – Rs 22000 per month.
• City & Field travel allowances will be reimbursed based on actual.

Goonj Setu Fellowship Program Eligibility 

The following are the eligibility criteria that young graduate students must fulfill:-

• The student must be a permanent resident of India
• Age – you ought to be 21 to 30 years by 31st July, 2024
• Education – we expect you to have graduated by 31st July 2024
• Languages known – basic understanding of English / Hindi
• Adept with technology – basic computer knowledge: MS Office and other tools

Selection Process

Many students will apply for this Fellowship, but it is impossible to select all students. Therefore, the selection process implemented by the Fellowship authority is discussed below:-

• Start by filling out the online application form.
• If your application is shortlisted, you will be called for an assessment and the panel interview at the nearest Goonj office.
• Upon selection, you will receive an invitation to join the Goonj Setu Fellowship program.

To apply for the Goonj Setu Fellowship, follow the simple steps given below to complete the application process correctly-

• After that the home page of Fellowship will open in front of you.
• There, you will see the “Apply Now” option. Click on it.

• A form will open in front of you.
• There, you have to fill in with language, name, email address, phone number, date of birth, gender, and address to apply your application.

• Then click on the “Next” button.
• Then go to the next page and, provide all the information and click on “Submit”.
• Your application process has been successfully submitted online.
