About CCP Fellowship 2024

CCP Fellowship which stands for CrossCulture Program in its entirety. Each year, the fellowship provides funding to committed professionals and volunteers from more than forty countries. During a two- to three-month work placement in total organizations in Germany or CCP partner countries, participants deepen their skills, establish new contacts, and acquire intercultural skills. In turn, the host organizations benefit from the CCP fellows’ expertise in regional knowledge and networks. Applicants attend networking, cultural workshops, and professional interviews organized by CCP.

CCP Fellowship Germany 2024: Eligibility Criteria 

Follow the eligibility criteria below to apply.

• Applicants must be at least 23 years of age at the time of application.
• Applicants must have good spoken and written English skills.
• Applicant must ensure that he/she can stay abroad for an extended period.
• Must have at least two years of proven professional experience and volunteer work in a civil society organization.

Desirable:

• Applicants have a long-term social or community commitment.
• Main professional experience in the field of activity is available
• A collaboration with an organization in the target country is in progress or planned.
• The applicant possesses further language skills, particularly German.

Benefits Under CCP Fellowship 2024

Financial Support:

IFA will cover the following costs for participants from abroad:

• Monthly Stipend: Fellows receive a monthly stipend of 650 euros.
• Travel Coverage: Costs for round-trip airfare are covered.
• Accommodation: Accommodation expenses are also provided.

The IFA will cover the following costs for participants from Germany:

• Monthly stipend of 1.200 euros, reimbursement of round-trip airfare, reimbursement of any visa fees incurred, health insurance

• Letter of recommendation from a supervisor in the applicant’s home organization/workplace in the applicant’s country of origin, using this template

CCP Fellowship 2024: Application Process

• In this application portal, look for a specific country advertisement under “CCP tenders”. 
• Complete the application form and upload all the required documents. Since the application system cannot cache entries, all documents must be available to upload when you launch the program.
• Submit your completed application online through the application portal.
