About Oasis Scholarship 2024

The Chief Minister of West Bengal, Honorable Shri Mamata Banerjee, launched the Oasis Scholarship Program for SC/ST/OBC category students. The scholarship is mainly divided into two categories: post-matric and pre-matric. Students from Class IX to X are eligible for Pre Matric Scholarships, and students from Class XI to XII are eligible for Post Matric Scholarships. Key Eligibility Under Oasis Scholarship

The following are the eligibility criteria that students must follow to complete the application process.

Pre Matric Scholarship

• The student must be a permanent resident of the state of West Bengal.
• Students must be studying from class 9th to class 10th.
• The student’s annual family income from any source should be at most Rs. 2 lakh.
• The applicant must belong to the SC/ST community.
• Most importantly, the student must have an SC/ST certificate.

Post Matric Scholarship

• The applicant must be a permanent resident of the state of West Bengal.
• The applicant must be studying from Class XI to XII.
• The annual family income of the student should be less than 2.50 lakh rupees from the SC-ST community.
• In addition to this, the annual income of students in the OBC category should be less than 1 lakh rupees.

• Choose the district where your institution is based.
• A page requesting caste certificate verification will display. Fill in all of the required information and click the submit button.
• Once the caste certificate has been verified, you will be directed to the online registration page.
• Fill out all of the necessary fields and click the submit button.
