Jyoti Prakash Scholarship and Mentorship 2024
The Buddy4Study India Foundation administers the Jyoti Prakash Scholarship and Mentorship Program. Students pursuing graduation and postgraduate courses from 9th to 12th can apply for this scholarship. Student applicants will receive financial assistance of between Rs. 15,000 and Rs. 24,000 from the scholarship. Jyoti Prakash Scholarship and Mentorship Eligibility Criteria
The Jyoti Prakash Program has the following key eligibility criteria:
- The applicant must be a permanent resident of India.
- Students must enroll in graduate and postgraduate courses from Class IX to XII.
- Transgender students are studying in classes 9-12, graduation or post-graduation.
- Students with 40% or more disability.
- Students whose parents are non-graduates and salaried employees, drivers, farmers, gardeners, plumbers, electricians, security guards, etc.
- Students who have lost one or both parents.
- Athletes who have represented at the state, national, or international level within the last three years.
- Annual family income should be less than Rs. 6 lakh.
- Children/guardians of Buddy4Study employees are not eligible for this scholarship.
