About Bharti Airtel Scholarship 2024

Bharti Airtel Scholarship is a special initiative of the Bharti Airtel Foundation. This scholarship program has been designed for students enrolled in technology-based engineering undergraduate (UG) courses and 5-year integrated programs (as per eligibility criteria) in the top 50 NIRF engineering institutes, including IITs.

It covers 100% of the annual fees for the course duration, including food and accommodation expenses. For the first year, all Bharti Scholars will receive a laptop. To apply for the Bharti Airtel Scholarship 2024, students must have a family income not exceeding Rs. 8 lakhs per annum from any source. Bharti Airtel Scholarship Program Eligibility Criteria

• Firstly, the applicant must be a permanent resident of India.
• The applicant must be a girl child only.
• The student’s family income from any source should not exceed Rs. 8 lakh rupees per annum.
• The student should not receive any other scholarship or grant for the same purpose supported by Bharti Airtel Foundation.
• Confirmed admission in the first year (starting with the 2024 cohort) of the UG/5 year integrated courses in fields of Electronics & Communication, Telecom, Information Technology, Computer Sciences, Data Sciences, Aerospace and Emerging Technologies (AI, IoT, AR/VR, Machine Learning, Robotics) at the top 50 NIRF Engineering universities/institutes. Bharti Airtel Scholarship Documents Required

• Recent passport-sized photograph
• Proof of identity (Aadhaar card)
• Mark sheet of class 12th
• Current year admission proof
• An income certificate issued by a government authority
• Fee structure, including hostel and tuition fee
• JEE scorecard or university entrance exam scorecard (whichever is applicable)
• Student bank account details 
• Bank account details of the institution
• Documents related to extracurricular activities, achievements, part-time jobs, projects, innovations, etc.
• Expense receipts/rent agreement (if staying in PG/rented accommodation), if applicable
• Statement of Purpose (SOP) from the applicant

Bharti Airtel Scholarship Benefits

• Scholarships are for the entire duration of the U.G courses, including integrated classes for up to 5 years (subject to meeting the renewal criteria)
• The scholarship covers 100% of annual fees per the institute’s fee structure.
• The hostel and mess fees shall be given to all selected scholars who apply for it.
• Support will be extended for scholars staying in PG or outside hostels according to the institute’s hostel/mess charges.
• A provision of laptop for all Bharti Scholars (responsibility for the safety/security will be with the student. No replacements will be provided)
• Once the Bharti Scholars graduate & are subsequently gainfully employed, they will undertake to voluntarily extend financial support to at least one student at a school or college level at any point, to the extent they can.

• STEP: 3 Login to Buddy4Study using your registered ID and go to the ‘Application Form Page.’
• STEP: 4 You will now be redirected to the ‘Bharti Airtel Scholarship Form” page.
• STEP: 5 Click the ‘Start Application’ button to start the application process.
• STEP: 6 Fill out the needed information on the online application form.
• STEP: 7 Upload the correct documents.
